A dedicated hub for IT professionals offering public API documentation, smart AI-powered search, integration overviews, and real-world integration recipes.
ManageBac+
- Clever SSO with User Provisioning (released)
Automatic account creation, updates, and deactivation for students, parents, and teachers, keeping ManageBac+ accurate and up to date with your SIS. Next we’ll be adding rostering to our Clever repertoire - OneRoster 1.2 CSV Bindings (released)
Import and export data in OneRoster format, a widely adopted industry standard, through a dedicated Data Exchange hub. - Expanded Public APIs (released)
18 new endpoints and 10 updated ones since August 2024, unlocking new ways to connect and customize ManageBac+. Including Coursework APIs to create and update tasks and student grades. - Parent View for IDAT Results(released)
Parents now have visibility into student IDAT results directly within ManageBac+, strengthening transparency and family engagement. - IBIS Candidate Email Registration(in progress)
Supporting the IB’s new requirement for candidate emails at registration. ManageBac+ ensures stored emails are accurate and stable for secure IBIS authentication. - Clever Secure Sync (Rostering)(coming early 2026)
Automatic class provisioning and student rostering from your SIS into ManageBac+. Updates flow seamlessly as students join or leave classes, reducing errors and saving valuable admin time.
SchoolsBuddy
- SchoolsBuddy + iSAMS (released)
The iSAMS School Code is now visible directly in SchoolsBuddy, making alignment across systems effortless. This also unlocks downstream integrations such as Inspired Group’s JD Edwards for billing. - Android API and Package Updates (ongoing)
Behind-the-scenes upgrades to keep SchoolsBuddy secure, compatible, and optimized for future innovation. - SchoolsBuddy Secure Public API (coming early 2026)
A new secure public API to give IT teams and administrators greater flexibility to connect SchoolsBuddy with other tools. Designed to support bespoke integrations and third-party platforms like Vectare and Inspired Group’s JDE.
OpenApply
- Microsoft SSO for Staff (released)
Staff accounts in OpenApply can log in with existing Microsoft credentials. Schools can optionally restrict access to specific Microsoft groups, boosting both security and ease of use. - Additional Public APIs (released)
Twelve (12) new endpoints for staff and departments, fees, events, and files, ensuring smooth integrations with SISs and other platforms. Also expanded ability for data writeback. - Syncing Files to SIS(coming early 2026)
PDFs and other uploaded documents synced across to SIS for iSAMS and PowerSchool.
